TULSA, Oklahoma-November 1st, 2006-ENOSERV’s web site will be updating from the week commencing 30 October 2006 as part of a site redesign. What's new with this update?
- If you want to submit a support ticket, this can now be done online, as an alternative to the phone or E-mail.
- You as a user can peruse the Knowledge Base for quick answers to common questions, explanations of common error messages, as well as tricks and procedures to maximize your productivity while using ENOSERV products.
- Online Support ticket tracking & resolution will be available to you for all your support requests, even those submitted by phone or email, eliminating the need to track down notes on support calls or searching through your email archives.
- If ENOSERV has posted a file for relay technician John Smith specifically, that file is available upon login.
- You will be presented with information specific to you (and your company). If you are only an RTS user, latest updates are immediately present for RTS only.
Please note that all ENOSERV software users will need to register for support.
