I am a meter relay technician. I’ve worked for EWEB for 20 years.

What made you pick up RTS and PowerBase? Was there a specific problem/need that caused you to seek out our applications?
Our company was already using RTS when I entered the relay shop. PowerBase provides a way to keep a complete and accurate settings database and search engine for the data.

What other applications are part of your workflow, and how does RTS/PowerBase work with these applications?
We will be interfacing with Cascade in the future.

Have you tried other relay testing applications? How does RTS compare?
We used Pulsemaster when I first started. The RTS format is a real improvement from that.
