RTS is licensed according to the number of USB dongle keys needed. ENOSERV provides 2 types of USB dongle keys: Standard and Developer. Standard keys control test sets whereas Developer keys do not. Based on their limited application, Developer keys are priced less than Standard keys. The initial RTS license, or "key", includes a 2-day training class and 1-year of the RTS Software Maintenance Agreement. This hands-on educational experience is necessary for anyone using ENOSERV software products.

If you are interested in learning more about our on-site training courses, E-mail sales@enoserv.com or call us at 918-622-4530.

1. Determine how many RTS keys your company needs.

Standard keys: Usually corresponds to the number of relay technicians your company has.

Developer keys: Usually needed by managers, supervisors or lead technicians whose job it may be to make sure the database is developed and maintained appropriately.
2. Determine the upgrades needed, if any.

Upgrade Standard keys to use RTS with newer test sets and with ENOSERV Vector™.

RTS features drivers that control various test sets. Standard RTS keys include drivers that will control Doble F2000 series, Epoch, Manta 1700 series, Pulsar, and EuroSMC test sets.

RTS keys can be upgraded with drivers to control Doble F6000, Manta MTS-5000, Megger MPRT, Omicron CMC and EuroSMC Mentor test sets.

RTS keys can also be upgraded with ENOSERV Vector, an application for end-to-end and dynamic system testing.
3. Contact ENOSERV and ask for Sales. An ENOSERV sales representative will assist you with all the available RTS options and pricing information.
